ShopSphere
A premium fashion shopping app with AR try-on, one-tap checkout and personalised feeds.

The brand's mobile web store had a 78% cart abandonment rate and slow product pages.
We built a cross-platform React Native app with a cached product catalogue, Razorpay one-tap checkout, wishlist sync and AI-powered recommendations.
The catalogue is cached on the device, so a product page opens from memory instead of waiting on the network — the single biggest cause of the abandonment figure. Checkout collapses into one Razorpay sheet with saved payment methods. The AR try-on reuses the brand's existing lookbook photography rather than commissioning 3D assets, which kept the scope affordable, and wishlist state syncs across devices so a session started on a phone can finish on a tablet.
- Offline-cached product catalogue
- One-tap saved-payment checkout
- AR try-on from existing photos
- Cross-device wishlist and feed
Cutting checkout from five screens to one is what moved abandonment; the store reviews concentrate on speed, which is the one thing a fashion shopper complains about publicly. Recommendations lifted items per session rather than just clicks. Because the app is React Native, the brand launched iOS and Android with one team and one backlog instead of staffing two platforms.
