Learning management system with live classes, quizzes, certificates and progress analytics.

A coaching institute needed to take 8,000 students online within one academic term.
A scalable LMS with video streaming, live classes, auto-graded tests, payments and parent reports.
The constraint was one academic term, not a budget, so we shipped in layers: attendance and testing first, then live classes. Streaming runs through AWS IVS with a low-bitrate fallback for students on patchy mobile data, because a buffer at 8pm looks like a broken product to a parent. Tests auto-grade from an objective question bank so teachers get results without marking, and parent reports are generated from the same data rather than written by hand each week.
- Live classes with low-data fallback
- Auto-graded objective test bank
- Generated parent progress reports
- In-flow enrolment and fees
Eight thousand students moved online inside a single term without the institute hiring administrative staff to manage it. Completion held because the platform shows a learner their own progress instead of hiding it, and the unlock-on-finish certificate became the strongest motivator for older batches. Fees sit inside the enrolment flow, so collection follow-ups largely disappeared.
